My brother does an excellent line in training - http://www.dussek.co.uk/ 
and I'm sure would do a voucher scheme. I have no idea what enterprise 
architecture is, but have a look at the plethora of acronyms he does and 
maybe there will be something of use there.

He's also one of the few Flex trainers apparently, which I understand to 
be quite useful.
