Also, some TVs with scart have various modes, usually YUV/RGB to support
s-video, which sends in YUV [or HSB depending on your schooling]. If it
looks like a badly tuned channel, and you feel your connections are sound
[have you tried other devices in the same socket?], that's probably it.
