[BNM] 3 mobile broadband

My brother asked me about this before he moved into his new flat and I said I didn't know. Naturally, he ignored my ignorance and went ahead (they have no phone line to save line rental). He seems very happy with it and the reception is fine (in Harlow, Essex). When I've been round to help him with his laptop, it seemed fast enough.
