[BNM] Surviving trade expos - tips please!

So we're off to BETT for 4 days next week. I've only ever been to one
other expo on a stand before, and I know that I don't want to repeat
that particular experience, so any survival tips for stuff we should
take along?

I'm largely thinking about stuff that's going to make our life on the
stand easier; inflatable sofas, bean bags, crates of water and fruit,
etc, etc rather than the corporate stuff that's already in hand
(brochures, posters etc).
