Hi Rebekah ­ is she running off a router or directly connected to the
internet? Either way, if she¹s able to change her DNS settings (either by
the web interface of the router ­ can tell you how if you tell me the model
­ or in System Preferences --> Network) to the ones at
http://www.opendns.com/ or something similar, she might find that it¹s ok.
If that does solve it, she should contact her ISP and make sure that she¹s
picking up their most current DNS servers.

That¹s a start, anyway.
