Yes, and it looks exactly like an email i got from O2. I wonder what
software they are both using...

Unless your email or conversation exactly matches their script their 1st
line of customer support is lost with what to do.

Last hassle I had was cancelling my girlfriends Tiscali Broadband. They have
UK call centers if your ordering but Indian call centers for everything
else. She gave it 3 attempts before handing it over, i tried twice and then
called the ordering line and got the account closed.
