[BNM] Rome total War disk 1 borrow wanted

I think I've asked this already, but just in case -
my son has scratched his disc 1 of "Rome Total War" and now it wont run.

I have been on to Activision and the distributors to ask them for a
replacement disk but all they do is pass me off to each other and no-one is
prepared to help, or even answer my emails.

Can anyone lend me said disk for an hour so I can copy it?
