[BNM] few photoshop questions

cs3 has a bug (i think it's a bug) that means you can't copy, create  
new and use the copied dimensions for the clipboard - you used to be  
able to do this i've even tried using an action from photoshop cs
this is a bugger as you could just run an action to copy the selection  
and save out as whatever file you wanted.

presuming you have a couple of layers from lots that you want to  
export (or even just 1 from several)
you could look at using layer comps to save how your layers are  
(switched on or off) before exporting
switch off the ones you don't need
export
press the layer comp to return the layers to their previous state.

(layer comps are much under used - Windows > Layer Comps
