I'm sure all you lovely people are busy wrapping presents and  
stuffing turkeys at the moment (and hopefully not the other way  
round). However for those of you not trapped in Churchill square, I  
wanted to give UX London a cheeky plug as it officially launches today.

For those of you not familiar with UX London, we're organising a new  
conference in the big smoke next June. As the name suggests it's UX  
focused, and we've got a great line up of speakers including the  
likes of Don Norman, Jared Spool, Jeff Veen, Dan Saffer, Peter  
Merholtz to name just 5.

We're hoping to make this the premier UX event in Europe so would  
love to see a few local faces in the crowd. At £895 It's obviously a  
bit more expensive than dConstruct so it's aimed at a slightly  
different audience. However it's three days long and all the  
workshops are included, so we think it's pretty good value.

Early bird tickets go on sale in January and numbers are limited to  
around 160 people, so if you're interested we'd recommend sweet  
talking your boss/partner/accountant and getting things squared away  
for the New Year.
