[BNM] RSI etc - Physiotherapists?

Thanks for all the suggestions so far - funnily enough Dominic, I've  
been seeing Martin for various things for a couple of years now and  
he's certainly massively helped me in other areas - Dr's and sporty  
types tend to recommend a Physio though for some reason...
I suspect there's a somewhat frightening poll to be had re: how many  
people on here suffer from these darned things...
