[BNM] Affiliate Program Sofware recommendations?

We've got a client for whom an affiliate program might be worth considering.


I don't think the volumes they can expect would justify using a third party
service so can anyone recommend a stand alone software option that wouldn't
involve monthly/annual service charges?
