[BNM] Integrating Zend Studio projects with CVS

I have decided to start using these lovely tools for my PHP development but
am a little confused about setting up projects with CVS.

I want to create a new Eclipse project on my EXISTING dev server that
includes various different existing folders and files on the file system.
e.g. my code dir, my document root, the apache http.conf file, PHP.INI etc

This seems to work fine: create a new project then add folders from the file
system afterwards (Folder->add->from file system). All the folders are
nicely organised beneath the project even though the physical directories
may be in different places.

The problems came when I tried to add the project to a CSV repository
(context menu Team->Share project): Only the physical project directory in
the Eclipse workspace directory is added but none of the external
directories. Is there a neat solution?
