[BNM] [OT] - Gyms

The Prince Regent is cheap and cheerful.  It's a bit on the small
side, but there are no Muscle Marys and the staff are very helpful.  I
think it gets a bit packed during peak hours, but is fine during the
day.  They're currently have a refit, but it'll be open again on
Monday.  I can't speak for the men's changing rooms, obviously...
