There is also, there's a reasonable gym at Prince Regents which has a
pay as you go option. They also have a 3 month minium. 

I am a member, but looking at moving to Riptide. 

I think there's another gym down by Preston Street and one at King
Alfred. There's one in one of the hotels down on the sea front.
