[BNM] Flash job for charity

Hi list,

my brother Paul is looking for a Flash freelancer to produce a sort of  
interactive questionnaire that mixes a bit of live video with some  
static graphics and text, for a well known national charity. Answers  
would be stored in a database table and there would be a score/results  
screen that shows how well you've done relative to other people. So  
you'd need a little PHP/MySQL too. Paul would either design the  
screens and get you to produce it, or you could quote for doing some  
of the design implementation following his creative lead. Or whatever  
works for you.

Deadline is January 19th.
