Offer them a 10% discount for full cleared payment within 7 days. Give 
your bank details so they can do by BACS.  That should prioritise your 
debt over others. If they don't bite your hand off to pay they are 
already in a LOT of trouble so also give a  date which you will commence 
winding up proceedings against them.
