we had to grapple with this in the breakthrough category as several were
start ups so could def be fres

I reckon we got the number about right but hope we can tweak categories to
keep it topical and reflect the interests of posisble nominees

also agree about an event category - which would also need to include flash
on the beach vs dconstruct
