Anything to do with locust plague or plague of locusts - definitely [OT]

Anything to do with patches for Ubuntu - definitely ok without (or 
should that be [T]?)

Anything in between: measure closeness to either of above and choose 
accordingly.

If in doubt, might I suggest [POT]
