They run a drop in advice session at the Cornerstone Community center in 
Palmeria Square on a Tuesday evening (I think) and every month they do 
Saturday sessions where you can get free* advice from a surveyor and a 
solicitor who specialise in this sort of thing. They were really helpful 
when we had to extend the lease on our flat before we moved.
