[BNM] pdf to word and word to pdf

Hi,
My dad wants to be able to open and edit PDFs in word and would also like to
save word docs to PDF. Anyone have a recommendation for a single program
that can do this? Doesn’t have to be free but would have to be easy.
I have searched a bit through Google but can’t find one program that does
both or indeed 2 programs that are easy or work well.
