[BNM] IIS and REQUEST_URI

Bingo - just got it - $_SERVER['HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL'] is the value to use
with ISAPI 3 - not $_SERVER['HTTP_REQUEST_URI'] as suggested by the good
folks at neoSmart

All works like a dream
