[BNM] IIS and REQUEST_URI

Hi,

 

Has anyone here had any joy in making the PHP superglobal
$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] work on IIS6?

 

I really need it for a friendly url system - I found a solution from
neoSmart which the sysAdmin is having great difficulty implementing.

 

Any other solutions or can anyone confirm the solution works at:

Up against a deadline here....and really really don't want to have to rework
