[BNM] Mechanical Turk Question

Is it or is it not possible to be a Mechanical Turk requester without a US
address?

I've searched all over to try and find the answer to this which seems to be
"no". However, I found a few posts where UK based people seem to be using
the service but I can't work out how?

Does anyone here use it without having a US address?
