I wonder if it is worth getting in contact with Pinsents.
They are a legal film specialising in intellectual property rights
and in the past they have run breakfast seminars on domain 
name issues and had a free booklet for attendees.

Struan Robertson runs Out-Law.com which is part of Pinsents
and he could well be interested in your situation for his weekly
newsletter/podcast.  As your organisation is a voluntary one maybe they
might come to some agreement with you. They recently won 
a Webby award so you could start with 'congratulations'.
