[BNM] Can anyone offer some legal advise on a domain?

Without a trademark on the name I doubt you can force them to hand
over the domain, but you might want to look into libel law and see if
that applies in this case.  UK libel laws are pretty strong.  A letter
to the hosting provider might do the trick.
