[BNM] Can anyone offer some legal advise on a domain?

Thought I'd just bump this again on the off-chance that someone has 
anyone come across anything like this before and can possibly offer any 
advice.  I'm guessing, though, that as it got no responses originally 
that no one else has been on the receiving end of something like this 
before?
