Hi Catherine
It's incredible that by stealthy increments we are all liable to pay for
education now. Where are all our tax dollars going? we pay for everything,
get council-taxed,PPI for hospitals, schools, prisons and still hand over a
third of our income................there seems to be a bottomless pit of
money to kill foreign civilians, pay MPs fiddled expenses but not for
anything worthwhile.........grrrrrr............;-)
