Apparently all went smoothly. My wife has set-up the broadband. Although she did use a crap password (her cat's name -not my cat)

I just rang virgin to make sure it was all XL packages as my wife did the broadband test and it came out to 5 Mb/s instead of 20 (or near 20). I knew I'd have to ring the call centre for something i.e. why's is not nearer to 20 Mb/s.

Funnily enough when I rang virgin the call centre's network had just gone down! Don't bother ringing them until after 2pm.
