[BNM] Quick way to create lots (20 or so) email accounts

Hello,

Is there a quick way to create bulk (google/yahoo/something?) email 
accounts. I'm giving people some accounts which use an email address (and 
password) as a login. I'm currently setting up a few gmail accounts e.g. 
test1 ...test2... @gmail.com

I can see this as being a bit time consuming. Is there a way I can create 
some email accounts with their own inboxes? I probably only need them for 
about a week each, at most. I guess I could set up a domain name and allow 
any username @my domain name.com to be email-able but I also want inboxes 
etc.

I guess this isn't allowed (captchas etc) to stop spammers creating dodgy 
accounts and spamming.

Any ideas?
