[BNM] MacBook trackpad

Ah yes, Robert is just down the road. I did get the Applecare on the two
BlackBooks I bought for this agency when I took over in February, but this
was before my time!

Also, for future reference to others, this is possibly a bit of a fix:

... the problem is lack of traction where it's worn. This might be a blag
around. Unfortunately these guys are in Islington so it'll be a pain to get
it to Robert and back again, I guess.
