Yeah - I figured. Am I being stupid in expecting this to be an easy  
task? It would be desirable when changing the frame rate for a  
dialogue box/whatever to ask the user if s/he would like the frames to  
be proportionally sized to maintain the same speed.

Yeah I've read about this a few times - not really what I'm looking  
for though. I expect this will be useful in the future.
