Really? I thought the bar had been raised to zealous self roasters? My
recent roast was underdone (or my grinder is going blunt) so I put them back
in again and did not remove until 70% were black nuggets of carbon. This
makes for a superb aroma, but for some reason discolours the final output
from the high pressure outlet - the only way to extract IMO. I just hope I
did not burn the caffeine.

Some machines have built in grinders, but I've yet to find an integrated
rooster.
