[BNM] web hosting

Hi

 

I know this subject has probably come up time & time again on here -

 

My web hosting company have been pretty unreasonable & their customer
service is appalling. So I'm on the look out for a new web hosting company &
wondered if anyone could recommend somewhere.

 

I really want a company where I can call up a customer service line if there
are any problems (currently, I have to send off a support ticket & do not
get a reply back for ages!).
