How to pay _the right amount_ of tax, obviously :-)
Are you a sole trader, a Limited company or a Limited Liability
Partnership?
If you can make it along to a Farm meeting, a load of us should be able
to help. Otherwise you might want to mail me off list as I'd need to
know about stuff like your expenses, which is where most people forget
to claim stuff.
If you're a sole trader, doing the tax return on-line can be a great
help as it only shows you the bits of form that you need to see. It's
also more help than doing the paper version, and can be done much later
than Sept 30th (woo!)
