[BNM] [OT] -ish Fuji finepix

Hello,

Finally got to try out the new digital camera yesterday (birthday pressie 
for my wife). Ended up with a fuji finepix f40fd. Seems really nice but am 
having issues copying photos over to the PC (XP SP2). I've got a mac but 
have an XP machine set-up specifically to store stuff on. I'm using an 
older SD card and have just ordered a newer one with more storage.

For some reason the PC doesn't recognise the camera as a usb type memory 
drive (pen drive/whatever). I'm going to update the drivers and firmware 
later

Did anyone else have this issue? I don't want to install all the extra 
software that comes with the camera. I just want to use it as a usb storage 
drive so I can copy stuff over myself.
