Risks, (whant might go wrong, "what happens if...")
Resources, (how do you intend to deliver the project? whats required from
the customer too?)
Dependencies, (what are you waiting on, who, why, how etc)
P&L (ie staged payments,penalties if you will incur them),
Deliverables (what are you delivering, for how much, when and in what
format)

a few other bits, like User Test Cases, Design Spec, Functional Spec

etc..
