Mono lacks in certain areas, I'd say they've probably half inched some of it
anyway using reflector.  

There's a lot of bits missing that are making it a bad move for me and I'm not
thinking about in a production area - such as a few key areas in the
System.Web.Security namespace. 

The release of the source might be able to hint at a couple of ways to improve
on the base they already have.
