[BNM] 2.0 web based CRM recommendation please

Yeah, we've looked at the salesforce range too. It's bloody brilliant. I've
said many times its one of the best applications I have seen online. It's
also, however, not cheap.

This does also raise another issue in that I don't think the CRM world is
ready for anything other than Outlook. I guess I'm gonna have to waste some
ram and run vmware Outlook permanently in the background and use it as my
email client :( Saying that, it cant be any slower than Entourage 2004
