[BNM] office costs

I'm looking into moving the business back to central Brighton.
Anyone got any rough ideas about office costs?
- not a shared business park etc, but a dedicated space near the station
preferably and heres the crunch - with 2 parking spaces at least (plus
visitors parking - can be shared).
We've got all the stuff, just need the empty rooms with appropriate
services.

looking for around 1000 sq ft - 2000 sq ft
must be near a station with easy access to Brighton

Average costs will do for starters.
