[BNM] Web project dispute-impasse-mediation?

Hi Yan

This is why I won't use companies from India, when things go wrong it is
very difficult to sort things out when the developers are on the other side
of the world. I notice that corporations who are having development done
there usually have a project office there as well, not an option for us.
