[BNM] remote desktop assistance

I use LogMeIn every day. I remote connect to a pc with 2 monitors and have
no problems. I use the newer Firefox client and it allows me to switch
between monitors without any problems.
I did have some difficulty using LogMein with Firefox on my Ubuntu laptop -
the plugin required libraries i did not have installed. Although I'm sure i
could have fixed it but don't have the spare time.
