[BNM] town/county/postcode information

+1 for QAS. The software works well, and is nice.

The staff are helpful which is excellent because their licensing stuff
can
be painful - our demo license expired constantly and had to be renewed,
but this is probably because we dragged our feet a little with
implementation.
