Sigmer is seeking to fill the key position of *Systems* *Analyst* in our 
Brighton Office.

Sigmer Technologies provides bespoke and packaged software applications 
and IT solutions to the corporate, charity and public sectors. Our 
clients include British Sky Broadcasting, The International Save the 
Children Alliance, British Film Institute, Scottish and Newcastle U.K. 
and United Nations organisations.

The Company was founded in 1999 and is based in The Sussex Innovation 
Centre at the University of Sussex, Falmer, Brighton where the majority 
of our 30 staff are located.

*Job Description: *

	

Sigmer Technologies Ltd is looking for a systems analyst to work in our 
Brighton office. Reporting to the Technical Director key 
responsibilities include:

-          The analysis, proposal and documentation of solutions for 
large complex business projects.

-          The preparation of functional specifications and technical 
specifications.


Successful candidates should enjoy working in a stimulating team 
environment; have the enthusiasm and ambition to complete projects to 
the highest standard and want to be part of an organisation that puts 
technology at the heart of everything it does.

We are looking for an individual with an ambition to succeed!

*Skills* *Range**: *

	

. Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex processes 
in a Finance and/or Insurance background.

. Demonstrable experience of writing requirements specifications using 
recognised industry standards.

. A proven track record in Software Development in a Microsoft .NET 
environment.

. End to end experience of the project lifecycle

. Proven experience interacting directly with end users.

. Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills

.  Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming is 
essential.

. Technical experience of database technologies is also required.

. Excellent levels of communication. Both written and verbal.
