[BNM] MS Office Licences

The software they are installing
for a company requires MS Office plug-ins to produce mail merges etc. This
company only has OEM licenses which apparently don't let you do this?
I was able to install microsoft plugins without any problems,
Mail merge is a standard office feature. isnt it?
