No that page has much better link juice than you but they aren’t trying to
get ranked for ‘Brighton Reiki’ – just ‘Reiki’ – where they hold the no.3
position 
 
‘Brighton Reiki’ is a pretty uncompetitive term believe it or not… ;)
 
Saying that you really need to put some title tags on those pages

Yes does look like someone has already re-edited that original page. The
constant re-editing in Wiki is a real bonus to scrapers.
