[BNM] Transfering premium domain name

Morning all.

We have a premium .tv domain name registered that we want to move from
our current registrar (enom).

According to their T&Cs we cannot transfer premium domain names at all.
Is this something anyone has come up against before?

They are based on the West coast of the USA so contacting them is a
nightmare as they are only open during business hours and they charge
ridiculous fees as well.

Any ideas if this is something worth trying to fight or are we basically
locked into them for life now?
