[BNM] html emails

I actually have a online email marketing system which sends out the email in
both HTML and text - a multi-part email.  If you can then do both.  Where
you can embed images, we have had more success embedding images into the
emails. I think there is still life in HTML marketing and the amount of
success we get is still reasonably high.  I for one, much prefer receiving a
rich email rather than a txt version.
