[BNM] [OT] Automated MP3 call service?

Hi List,

Another random request.. does anyone know of a company that offers a
service like this:

- Send telephone number to company X via GET or POST (or maybe FTP)
- Company X calls telephone number and plays predefined MP3 when call
is received
- Company X ends call.

I imagine this could be some sort of magical VOIP service?

I cant roll my own on this - the timescales are too short.. any ideas anyone?
