It all depends on when you want to travel.

There are some package deals for weekend breaks including hotels on 
travelocity.co.uk  for between £100 and £200 including 2 or 3 nights 
stay. BUT most require you to get on the train before 8.00 am at 
Waterloo on a Friday morning. And come back 1st thing Sunday.
