[BNM] Interlectual Property rights

OK thanks Andy and Tom, the mists are beginning to clear.
Fortunately the way I coded it makes a very clear distinction between the
project libaries and my libraries, different directories etc.
So probably something along the lines of they have IP rights on the
libraries specifically written for the project and any project specific
modifications made to the general libraries other than bug fixes.
How does that sound?
